We had a great day today. We had some friends over for a 4th of July BBQ and celebrated by going to the creek and building a fire. The kids love to build fires and they were just happy collecting firewood and building it up. We had a pavlova decorated as the American Flag and lots of food and drink. It was a perfect winter day. Beautiful, clear and warm in the sun but still cold in the shade. It made me think about some of those rights that we have, that are so easy to forget and were so hard fought in so many different countries. Here's to all those countries who already have gained them and a wish for the others to finally achieve them:
Liberte, Egalite, Fraternite !!!
